武蔵小杉で軽く飲んだ後の〆に訪問。

オーダーは、ソーキそば単品 680円税別

おー、想像通りのソーキそば。沖縄出張以来かなり久しぶり。
ただ、半ラーメンぐらいの量ですので〆向きですね。この量でこの値段かー。居酒屋だから、仕方ないか。
まずはスープから。ズズズ。
あっさりした沖縄そばのスープ。この感じ。特に味に深みはないのでインスタントかなぁ。
次に麺。ズルズル。
もちもちの麺。こちらは生麺ですかね？
普通に美味しいです。
ソーキは、トロトロ。ただ、味が抜けた肉の感じ。こういうソーキもあるんですね。
全体的に普通の味のインスタントのソーキそばです。量が少ないのでコスパは悪いかな。
どうしても沖縄そばが食べたくなったら、また、来ます。
ただ、店員さんが2人ともマスクしてなかったのが心配。次はコロナが落ち着いてからですかね。
見回した所、この武蔵小杉一番街の中の店の店員は何名もがマスクしてませんでした。武蔵小杉エリアではあり得ない。ちょっと心配な場所ですね。
