Personal review: This new restaurant is located a short walk from Musashi-Nakahara's north exit. Honestly the leek dan dan noodles is what attracted me, but had to try the mapo tofu first. You'll have to pick up the rice, miso soup and salad yourself which was a bit confusing at first, but on the positive side you don't have to ask someone for extra rice or miso soup. The mapo tofu was just the right amount of spiciness and a very good volume, requiring me at least two bowls of rice for good balance. All this for less than 1,000yen is a pretty good deal. Next time I'll check out the dan dan noodles!
【感想】武蔵中原の駅前の好立地にも関わらず苦戦が続くところに新しい中華ができていました。本当はニラ玉担々麵が気になったのですが、まずは麻婆豆腐から試してみました。お昼はご飯や味噌汁がセルフサービスというちょっと分かり難いシステムだったのですが、ご飯とお味噌汁はお替り自由なので追加しやすかったです。麻婆豆腐は庵がトロトロで程よい辛さがまた食欲を進ませます。量も結構あるので1000円を切るお値段はコスパも悪くないです。次回は担々麺を調査してみます！

Personal review: Wasn't expecting to come back to this place so quickly, but had to try their leek dan dan noodles. Each table has its own dedicated touch panel leading us to order more food. There are several all you can drink options, but the cheapest one only includes highball and lemon sour, but with this price level, I don't have any complaints. You can enjoy some unique (fried eggplant) and some standard Chinese food, but after the dan dan noodles, I was quite full. The dishes are relatively cheap, but honestly everything was average level. I'd suggest going for the dan dan noodles or mapo tofu, will need to do some additional exploration to find the other hidden gems.
【感想】ニラ担々麺を求めて予想以上に速い再訪。担々麺だけでいいはずがタッチパネル式という事もあり結局色々追加で頼んじゃいました。因みに飲み放題はハイボールとレモンサワーの二択しかないのですが、この価格なら選択しない理由はないですよね笑。ちょっと珍しい一品(ゆーりん茄子)から王道(豆苗炒め)と幅広い選択肢があるのですが、自分はニラ担々麺で既に腹八分目到達。コスパは良いので次回はもう少し探求してみます～
