厚切りかつ丼、柔らかく美味しい
休日、開店すぐの11時35分ごろ来店。４人目でした。
注文は、とじない厚切りカツ丼の150ｇ￥1580-。
注文してから１５分後くらいに提供。厚切りカツ丼特有の蓋が閉まらず中を見せるスタイルでの到着。他にキャベツ千切り、漬物、味噌汁。
キャベツは、卓上のドレッシングで頂きました。黄色のサウザン系のドレッシングでほのかに柑橘の香りがしました。
味噌汁は、ネギに小さい豚の肉の塊がコロコロ入ったもので、それなりに良かったです。
メインのカツ丼は、小ぶりですが厚みがあり、見た目もきれいでした。肉は柔らかく、脂身の甘みも美味しかったです。さらに下部の卵とじがしっかり煮汁と合わさっており、ごはん部分は卵とじカツ丼と同じくつゆだくになっており、正直カツがなくても美味しく食べられました。
サクサクとんかつと相まって非常に満足度が高かったです。

注文は、カツカレーダブル￥1,450-。
スピードメニューとあるだけあり、提供に2～3分でした。通常メニューは、揚げる時間もあるので数十分かかっていましたが、このメニューは揚げ置きなのでしょう。
カレー以外に、豚汁とラッキョウ＆福神漬けがついて来ました。
ダブルを頼んだんので、とんかつは2枚。薄めの普通のカツでしたが、カレーのかかっていない部分があったのでソースをかけていただくと、美味しいとんかつでした。ここのソースは、フルーティで甘めのドロッとした濃厚ソースで美味しかったです。
カレーの具材は、挽肉のみで、野菜系はおろして煮込んでいるのか、ルーはシャバシャバ+おろしと言ったテイストでした。辛さは、ほとんど感じず、だれでも食べられる味です。
個人的に、量が多く、お腹ぱんぱんになってしまいました。
辛くはないですが、確かにカレーですし、とんかつ屋のカツなので、食べ応えもありました。
これはこれで良いなと思いました。
