いつも満足なビストロ
祝日この日は開店後の早い時間に訪れましたが、12時過ぎには、ほぼ満席。
今回頼んだのは、ケイジャンチキンのセット
前菜が選べて、お任せ盛り合わせをチョイス。
この日は、サーモンのタルタル、マヨネーズベースで酸味のあるソースの海老のサラダと、甘めのソースの魚のマリネ。
スープは、野菜甘さを感じるのポタージュ。
ケイジャンチキンは辛すぎず、タマネギの甘さを感じるソースでした。
写真はないが、ライスかパンが選べて、パンを選択。ここのパンは、温めたバゲットが提供され、外の皮が時間が経ってもカリカリで、パンが詰まっている感じで美味しい。
セットには、デザートと飲み物がついてきて、クリームブリュレとホットコーヒー。
いつ行っても満足度の高い洋食をいただく事が出来ます

寒くなって来ると外せないのが、ポップコーンのカキフライの前菜。写真からはわからないが、これで大きいカキフライが4個ある。
これにご飯と味噌汁があればちょっとした定食なのに、そのボリュームが前菜で出て来るのがすごい。
ビーフシチュー、野菜のスープ、クリームブリュレも間違いなく美味しい。
ちょっと思ったのは、前菜をカキフライと牡蠣グラタンの2品頼んで、スープとご飯を頼んだら最強メニューになるんじゃないかと。
