ここは、いろいろ書かれているが最高にうまいすし屋で
店主も江戸前ののりで渋いすし屋である！
写真は禁止の店だったけど、腕は一流と見た
長年修行をしたというよりも、独自の感性で腕を磨き
世界観を作ってきたのがわかる！
店の内装を見ればこだわりを感じるはず。
30歳から初めて16年こんなに、人通りが少ない道の小さな店でやってきただけのことはある
付けだしから、刺身、握り、つまみまで、すし屋の料理だけにこだわらない
