地元の蕎麦屋さんといった雰囲気の店構えですが、駐車場の片隅にちょっと見慣れないものか。
「ん？なにこれ？」
と。近ずいて見ると、なんと鰹節がビニール袋に入って干してあります。
この日は気温38℃とかだったので、鰹節の水分抜くのに、外干しで丁度良かったのかな？
天丼の冷たいそばのセットを頼んだんですが、両方とも結構な量でボリューミー。
つけダレは甘みが強くて好みの味。鰹節はさっき干してあった自家製の何でなんしょうかね？
蕎麦は+150円で手打ちに変更出来るのですが、今回は天丼が食べたかったので、機械打ちにしました。
やっぱり手打ちに比べると、表面が少しボソっとしてて、喉越しは今一つかな。ご馳走様でした。
