店の前を通ると窓やドアが開いている。
このクソ暑いのにエアコン無し。エアコン壊れているのかな。
上司がココまで来たら帰れないと食べる気満々。確かにコインPに停めてしまったし、近所のインスパイア系という気分ではない。
13時先客なし。
口コミ通り「いらっしゃいませ」とか挨拶は無し。
濃厚和風ラーメン700円+味玉100円。
丁寧に作られた魚介豚骨。魚の香りは強いものの嫌味ではない。
後から魚粉を入れるだけの、薄っぺらい味ではなく、ダシの旨みを感じることが出来る。
若干の匂いが気になった。
濃厚か？といわれると分からないが、細めの麺にスープが絡み、まずまずのボリュームを感じる。
麺が柔らかすぎかな・・。
味玉は普通のゆで卵。
エアコンが無いので気を利かせてくれたのか、スープがぬるい。
柔らかいチャーシューは旨みが抜けている感じ。
この暑い店内で熱いラーメンを食べた記憶はずっと残るであろう。
