【2020.09.13】昼
何年ぶりになるかな。久しぶりに来てみようと思い、開店直後の予約を前日に取ろうと思ったら、昼過ぎまで予約は満席。
いくら何でも嘘だろうと思いながらも、予約なしで当日の開店４０分前に偵察に行く。
他の客は、同じように偵察に来ていた二組ぐらいのみ。客の姿はなし。
開店時刻。
今までどこに隠れていたのかと思う感じで２０人ぐらいが一斉に入口のある２階への階段に押し寄せる。
しまった、４０分前に来て遅れをとってしまったと思いながらも列の後につく。
最前列では、昔にはなかった自動客席案内機で次々と席に着いていく。
順番が来て券を取ったら、フリー客の２番目。皆さん本当に予約客だったんです。
しばらくしてフリー客の客席自動案内。
テーブル席なら４０分間待ち以上の予想。
カウンター席でもどちらでも良ければ２７分間待ち程度の予想。
４０分間待ちは嫌だから、カウンターでも良しで返事。
数分程度でカウンターへ案内。意外と早かった。
客席案内だけではなく、座席の感じも昔と大きく違う。何が違うのだろう？
味も昔と比べると断然いい。ちょっと寿司酢が強めかな？
昔の詳しい状況を忘れてしまったが、とにかく今はほとんどが子連れファミリー客。小さな子が喜ぶ仕掛けをふんだんにしておいて正解ではないか。
びっくらぽんもシンプル化。
子どもにはつまらないかもしれないが、アニメの動きを見ている間に食べたい寿司が流れていったら個人的には面白くない。
いい感じに変わったように感じた。
