平日の11時5分に通りかかりましたが準備中になってる(･_･; 11時開店のはずなので、自動ドアを開けてみる。大丈夫でした。一番乗りです^ ^
注文はラーメンと半チャーハンのセット980円にします。後客も同じメニューを注文したので一緒に調理したようで、7分待ちました。なかなかのボリュームです。
いただきます。ラーメンはあっさりしたスープでシンプルながらもまいう^ ^ 麺は歯切れが良い中華麺、スープとの絡みは良い感じ♪
豚さんは柔らかい角煮のような厚み、少し臭みがあるけどなかなか良い。青梗菜はシャキシャキ、メンマはコリコリ。食感も楽しめる見事なラーメンです。
半チャーハンは結構量がある。パラパラ系で味が薄い、微妙だなぁ(-｡-; 卓上の胡椒とラー油、醤油、お酢を加えて食べればまいう^ ^ でも原型が残ってないか^^;
良いセットだと思います。食後のデザートが結構好みでした。他店よりも量がたっぷりでなかなか良い味でした。
昔はラーメンが選べたみたいですね。ベースがしっかりしているから他のラーメンも食べてみたいな。
