何年も前にふらっと入って以来、何度か訪れている溝の口の老舗インド料理店、シャグン。
テレビで見たわけでもなく、食べログで発見したわけでもなく、美味しいものレーダーが反応してみつけた一軒。
そうやってみつけたお店なのでなんとなく特別。
はじめは大してお客さんも入っていなかったのですが、少しずつ発掘されてきているのか今は食通っほい方々や本場の味を求めるインド人らしき方々でお店が賑わっています。
マトンビリヤニをいただきました。
マトンとカレーがしっかり入った贅沢なビリヤニ。敢えて半端な混ぜ具合にしていて食べながらいろんな味や食感が楽しめるようにしているみたい。
ボリューム満点ですごくお腹いっぱいになりました。ご馳走様でした。
