セレブなオフ会に参加させてもらいました。
いつも昼はパンかカレーかラーメンなので、胃がびっくりしてた。
寿司屋のカウンターなんて実に20年ぶり、人生2度目か3度目くらいかな。
大将の見事な包丁さばきに見惚れて、実に会話もお上手で、初めて愉しいって漢字使っちゃった。
それでもごめんなさい、料理名がよく覚えてないけど、
一品目
・鰹のなんとか
戻り鰹と言ってたような。表現が合ってるかわからないけど、もっちりとして食感も楽しい鰹。焼津で食べたのより脂が乗ってて最高に美味しい。
・茶碗蒸し
これまた上品な今まで食べたことのない茶碗蒸し。と言うことは今まで食べてたものはなんだったのか、と言うぐらい美味しい。
・雲丹、いくら、あん肝、蛸、、、。
もう口の中、胃の中が驚き過ぎて何も言えません。
一度にこんな高級食材を、贅沢極まりない。1週間かけて食べたいよ。
・土瓶蒸し
人生初土瓶蒸し。この量の松茸を一度に食べるのは初めて。香り、食感、お味、どれも素晴らしく、感動ものでした。
この辺で優越感より罪悪感に苛まれる。
息子たち、ごめんね。
・握り10貫
それはもう、美味しいと自分が言えるレベルではない！写真見れば分かる通り。
全てが想像してた以上。特に貝の食感、大トロのとろける感じは今でも忘れない。
実は赤いシャリ食べるの初だった！自慢しよ。
次は家族連れてきたいけど×5か〜、仕事頑張ろ！
