この先期待してます
以前、昼にふらっと寄ったときに印象が良かったので、今度は夜に再訪。10800のコース。
先ずは、薄グラスのプレモル。先付け、
ツマミ。長芋の山葵漬けは私には辛すぎましたが、アワビは柔らかく煮上がり、アワビの肝も絶品。稚鮎塩焼きなど、どれも美味しい。
日本酒に変更。北から西、本醸造から純米吟醸まで、バランスよくラインアップされてます。
握りはネタの温度に気を遣い、しっかり仕事してくれてます。素材の香りを活かした鮨。少し醤油塗り過ぎだけど…
まだまだ旨くなる余地はあるので、これからもと思い、次の予約を入れて帰りました。満足、ごちそう様でした。

久しぶりに伺いました。都心と比較するとかなりコスパが良いので気に入っています。気軽に行ける雰囲気も良いです。素材は天然物使用。鮨前は（私には）少し濃い味付け、お酒は進みます。鮨も醤油の量が多いので、正直、しょっぱい。素材の味を損ねている。マグロはワサビをもう少し増やした方が良いかも。コースの流れや、薬味の使い方など、もう少し工夫してくださってもいいかと。次回に期待します。
