溝の口駅近くのサンマルクカフェは、横幅は狭くとも、縦幅が長いので、席数は意外とあるな〜って感じ。19時台でもお客さんが多く…人気の高さを垣間見ることができますね。
サンマルクカフェと言えばチョコクロが有名。そんなチョコクロの生地をサクサク？カリカリ寄りのサクサクに仕上げたのがダマンド。チョコクロは中はふんわりだけど、それと対比しているのも、なかなか美味しい。
中に入っているチョコレートはノーマルチョコクロと変わらず。
