高津駅超至近、駅構内という意味では徒歩3秒、改札で考えても徒歩20秒くらいの場所にある「べこまる」という居酒屋のランチにいきました。
こんなところに居酒屋があるなんて知らなかった。
肉料理を中心にというか、オール肉料理のランチメニューがあるようだ。
いざ地下の店内へ。
雰囲気は居酒屋そのもの。
カウンターはL字で7席。でも2席は使っておりませんでした。
テーブル席は4名がけが2つと、2名がけが1つ。
他にも個室がいくつかあるようでした。
14時の到着で先客なし。店員さんは男性2名体制でした。
地下のお店で、電波はほとんど入りませんでした。docomoに電波を借りている格安SIMではありますが。
ランチは750円～でオール肉。牛、豚、鶏なんでもあります。
肉肉肉と、居酒屋ランチとしては異例なほど特色があります。
ランチではなく通常メニューと思われますが、牛タン定食もあります。
2,200円～4,000円とかなりのお値段とはなりますが、夜であれば十分検討できる金額です。
■熟成牛ハラミ焼き定食（1,300円）
2,000円以上はやだなーと思い、牛タンは「名物」でしたが、「新名物」と銘打たれた牛ハラミ定食にしました。
お値段1,300円。牛タンがすごく高いので、なぜか安く感じてしまいました。なぜかっていうか理由は明確ですが。
煮物に油揚げが入った付け合せ。とんでもなく味が濃いです。
これだけでご飯一杯食べられそう。甘辛い方向性ですがとにかくすごく味が濃い。下にはキャベツなどの野菜がおりました。
わかめスープ。胡麻油の風味でちょっと塩気強め。
牛タン系のお店かなと思ってご飯は麦ご飯かな？と思ったのですが普通のご飯でした。
ご飯の大盛り、お替りは無料です。
サクサクとした歯応えのハラミ。臭みは一切なし。
味は塩胡椒ベースで、付け合せ同様こちらも味が強すぎます。塩胡椒し過ぎかなと思いました。
肉質が一定以上によさそうなので、こんなに味を強くしなくても十分美味しそうなのにちょっと勿体ないなと思いました。
ビールがあればちょうどよいと感じる可能性はあります。
体感120gかあるいは150gくらいでしょうか。ボリュームは申し分ありません。
牛タン定食がもうちょっと薄味であるならば、1度夜に食べてみたいなと思いました。
