After more than ten years of culinary training in Jiyugaoka and other places, he opened a restaurant in front of Takatsu Station. We carefully prepare our dishes using carefully selected ingredients. |
暮れも押し詰まった30日。まだ年賀状も終わってないが、息子夫婦が飯を食いに行こうと誘ってくれた。ボーナスも入ったからと、何とご馳走してくれるらしい。初じゃなかろか。嬉しい。
オーダーはこんな感じ。

・大根キムチ
・チョレギサラダ
・ケジャン
・サムギョプサル
・チャプチェ
・参鶏湯
チャンジャ/カクテキでビールをグビグビ。サムギョプサルは脂っこいのかと思ったら、サンチュやエゴマの葉に巻くととても旨い。ゴマ油に岩塩を入れたタレに付けてそのまま食べても旨い。韓国で食べた韓国料理よりも旨い気がする。息子と私のリクエストで頼んだケジャンもまた旨し。辛いのを食べれる人にはお薦めだ。手を真っ赤にしながら食す。〆の参鶏湯も良かった。韓国で食べた物より薬草類が少ない気はしたが、鶏の旨味がしっかり出た出汁はとても美味しかった。
