歩いてると、汗が滴る日曜日の昼下がり
ランチで伺いました。
隣にコインパーキングがあります。
徒歩では、高津駅から、ひたすら歩いて、
府中街道沿いにあります。
高津警察署を過ぎて246の交差点も過ぎて
100メートル行った所です。
ママチャリが並ぶいつもの光景です。
そのせいで店前に置かれたオリーブの木が
全然目立ちません。
ランチメニュー
・パンチェッタとパブリカのルーコラリゾット
・アンチョビとズッキーニとフレッシュトマトの
スパゲッティ
・若鶏のモモ肉の香草アロースト
パン、サラダ、飲み物が付き¥1000税込です。
アラカルトでカルボナーラなど何種類かのメニューもあります。
店内は、家族連れやママ友やらで賑やかです。
今日は厨房一人なので、電話が入ると、
予約の応対したりして大変そうですが、
慌てる様子も無くアッケラカンとしています。
いつもの事なのでしょうか？
後から店の人らしき女性の方が来たので
これで調理に専念出来そうです。
と思ったら、おしゃべりが始まり
カラカラと笑ったりしてます。
手は動かしてネ！
そんなだからか
他のお客様が大盛りを頼んだのに
普通盛りを出してしまい
「いいの いいの 全然大丈夫」と
なだめられてました。
さすがに冷や汗かいてましたネ。
それでもパンとサラダはすんなりと来ました。
ちゃんと暖かいパンは、表面はサクッと、
中は柔らかく、ナカナカ美味なのは、
自家製だからでしょうか？（勝手な推測）
サラダは、葉っぱとクスクスとカポナータ。
前菜ですね。
ワインセラーの前で、中を覗き込んでるお客様も。
昼間でも飲みたくなるようです。
思った程待たずにスパゲッティが来たので、
早速頂きます。
スライスしたズッキーニは、火の入りが弱く
アンチョビは、姿を見せません。
角切りフレッシュトマトは、
柔らかくて良い食材使ってる感あります。
チャチャっと作った印象ですが、
アルデンテと味付けは間違いないです。
プリッとしたスパゲッティーニは好みです。
ちゃんとツボは押さえているので美味しい。
ボリュームも文句ないです。
この後、飲み物も出てきます。
ホットコーヒーは、エスプレッソマシンを
使ってました。
駅遠なのに、ユルユルなのに、
客足が絶えない明るい雰囲気のお店です。
ナンカ魅力あります。
店前に並んだママチャリの大群がその証拠！
