東京餃子軒は1都3県を中心に焼肉やまとや陳麻婆豆腐を手掛ける会社が運営。
メニューの中にも陳麻婆豆腐がラインナップにあるのが見どころです。
郊外だと商業施設にも展開されていて、溝の口や川崎などは路面店として構えています。
この日頼んだのは台湾ラーメンと餃子のランチセット。
餃子は羽付きで香ばしく、何も付けないで食べても味がしっかりしていてパンチあるテイストでした。
卓上には餃子用の味噌ダレも用意されていて酢、醤油、辣油、胡椒と色んな食べ方ができましたが5個中3個はそのまま何も付けずに食べてしまいました。
台湾ラーメンは挽肉のごろごろ感とニラの風味がよく効いていてこれもまた美味しかったです。
駅近なのも有難いところ。
