昨夜の晩ごはんは、川崎市は溝の口駅から少し離れたフィオーレの森の中にある、Francais La Porteさん！
確か3-4年振りかな？？
この辺りで一番美味しいと評判のフレンチ
そんなに大きくないお店ですが、ミシュランガイド掲載店で川崎では数少ないビブグルマン獲得店
フィオーレの森は小高い丘にあって、この一帯がヨーロッパの街並みのような雰囲気良いところです
久しぶりに行ってみたらスタッフさんが増えてる？？
確か前は多くても3人体制だったと思うのだけど5人体制になってる流行ってるってことですね
オープンの17:30予約でしたが、18:30にはほぼ満席

メニュー表を貰ったわけではないので間違いあるかもしれませんがこんな感じ。
改めて思いましたけど、やっぱりここはいいお店
美味しいだけでなく、和皿を使ったワクワクするお料理、最初から最後のお見送りまでとても温かくて丁寧なサービス。ミシュランガイドに載るってことの基準を見た気がします
個人的には星付きのお店となってても全く驚かないクオリティかと思います
アミューズ3種がもう期待感抜群
どじょうのエスカベッシュはちょっとびっくりしたけど臭みもなく穏やかな酸味でとても上品
スペシャリテの信州サーモンとズワイ蟹彩り野菜のケーキ仕立ては、何度か食べてるけど毎回とても美味しい
川崎市の推しメシという企画でグランプリにもなっているそうです
ひとつひとつ手の込んだ愛情たっぷりのお料理を堪能させていただきました
最後のデザートの黒糖のクレームブリュレもここの定番ですけど、これがまた美味しかったなぁ
