週末夜2名で訪問しました。
コペルト(テーブルチャージ)は1名300円
代わりに大判のモルタデッラが。
グラススパークリングワインを頂きながら
メニューと睨めっこ。以下をお願いしました。
●前菜盛り合わせ
●擦りたて生ハム
●アンチョビポテト
●豚バラのリガトーニ
●ラムランプ 炭火焼き
●鴨ムネ肉 炭火焼き
◯グラススパークリング、ハートランド、グラス白、グラス赤
前菜盛り合わせもそうですが
ポーションがどれも大きめです。
前菜はキャロットラペ、白菜のマリナータ、ラタトゥイユ、さつまいものキャラメリゼ、レバパテ、サラミ、鴨スモークかな。名の通り盛り沢山。
擦りたて生ハムは厚めでした。
次に登場したアンチョビポテトはかなりボリューミー。
ラムランプと鴨は想像していたよりも
ずっと早くのご提供でした。
リガトーニよりも早かったかな。
平らげた時は
フルマラソン完走したような達成感を味わいました。
一軒家ビストで一階、二階にフロアがあり
スタッフさんが大変そうでした。
