最近、溝の口に牛8さんがオープンしたと聞き
早速行ってみることにしました。
他の店舗にも行った事があり、それぞれ個性的なので楽しみにしていました。
溝の口駅らは徒歩で3分位の所にあります。
店構えは派手な作りですが、店内は明るく清潔感があり女性も入りやすい雰囲気です。
先ずはプレミアムモルツ香るエール（630円）で乾杯！
おすすめを尋ねると、箸で切れる茹でタン（990円）とのことでした。
結構なボリュームに感じますが柔らかくアッサリしているのでペロリと食べられます。
長ネギと九条葱ナルム（390円）
塩ごま油が絶妙な味付けでたまりませんね。そのままでもトッピングにしても。
島根県産ロメインレタスのシーザーサラダは
温泉玉子とブロックベーコンアクセント。
あまりの大きさに一瞬焦ったが
火を通したロメインレタスはいくらでも食べられますね。
温泉玉子が良い仕事をしていました。
長芋キムチはサクサクシャキシャキ感とキムチが良いバランスです。
セカンドドリンクはオーガニックレモンサワー。若干の苦みが癖になります。
メインディッシュはお任せ盛りをお願いしました。
シャトーブリアン、シンシン、リブロース、サンカクバラ
トモサンカク、インサイドスカート、タンモト。
どれもこれも最高部位のオンパレードで
脂がしっかりのっていて味わい深かったです。
10％のタンモトは、しっかりと厚みがあるが
柔らかくてプリプリでした。
次は肉に合わせて赤ワインにしてみました。
キムチの盛り合わせは程よい辛さが良いですね。
〆にはユッケジャンスープの辛口を。
ダシが良く効いていて、具がたっぷりで旨いです。
スダチ冷麺はシェアしました。
カツオ出汁と大根おろしでサッパリといただきました。
本日のNo.1はトモサンカクですね。
ロースなのに脂のバランスが絶妙でした。
スタッフさん達も気持ち良い接客で楽しい食事が出来
お気に入りの一件がまた増えました。ご馳走様です。
