溝の口駅より徒歩2,3分のところでアクセスが良いです。
店頭には美味しそうなお肉の塊達が！
通りすがる人々を引きつけますね。
初めての来店だったのですが、USHIHACHIのコンセプトやおすすめなどご丁寧に説明をしてくださいました。
厳選した黒毛和牛のメス牛を一頭丸ごと買い、全ての部位を無駄なくおいしく提供してくれるお店。

この日は鹿児島県産の牛でした。
まずは、オーガニックレモンサワーで乾杯。
すっきりさっぱりした味、美味しいです。
ドリンクメニューは充実、お肉にあうオリジナルジントニやワイン、焼酎、日本酒、サワー、カクテルなどもありました。
最高のおつまみに
★特選和牛ユッケ仕立て1,390円
レアを超えたレア肉を使用、低温熟成調理で仕上げています。
こちらの和牛ユッケは、安全、おいしい、お肉が柔らかい、そして噛めば噛むほど旨味が口の中に広がり、お酒にも大変合います。
★10%タンと熟成タンのハーフ&ハーフ1,980円
値段以上の味でした。
熟成タンはかみごたえもあり口の中でとろけます。
10%タンは厚みがあってさらにかみごたえがあり！肉厚も凄いし、ぷりっぷりの身に感動でした。幸せになる牛タン。
★本日の稀少肉1690円
本日のおすすめ、稀少部位はカイノミです！ヒレに味が近いです。
わさびだけでいただくのがおすすめ。肉そのものの旨みを味わってほしい。脂がしっかりのってて本当にジューシーでした。

希少カルビの焼きすきは最高です。
目の前でスタッフの方が丁寧に焼き上げてくださいます。
火が出てパフォーマンスもすごい。じゅわ〜ってとろけ、じゅわ〜っと旨味が広がる。1枚でご飯1杯食べられる。目を閉じてじっくりこの美味しさを味わさせていただきました。

真っ赤なユッケジャンスープ。
美味しい焼肉屋さんのスープは、本当においしい。お肉の旨味もしっかり出ているし、濃厚な味わいです。
デザートは別腹
★絹ごしなめらかプリン490円
タネから手作りしているこだわりプリン！
口の中でとろけるなめらかさ。濃厚でミルキーで美味しいです。
