今回は、前から行きたかった、牛一頭買いをしている焼肉屋さんへ！
【訪問日時】
火曜日18時30分頃に訪れましたが、予約をしていたのでスムーズに入店することができました。

今回は「極みコース」をいただきました！
ユッケは、55℃ユッケ、納豆ユッケ、ネギ塩ユッケの3種類から選びます！
今回はノーマルな55℃ユッケにしました！
綺麗な赤身肉の上に卵黄が君臨しており、ビジュアルから最高です！
程よい濃さのタレがかかっており、肉本来の旨みを感じられ、黄身と絡めて食べると、たまりません！
続いて、炙り寿司。
目の前で炙ってくださります！
豪快な大判ロースです。
一口でいただきましたが、見た目に反して、かなり柔らかく、その中でも歯応えのあるお肉で、とても美味しいです！
続いて、タン！
タン元も提供されます！
このタン元がたまらない！
とてつもなく柔らかいながらも、タン独特の歯応えがあり、美味です。
途中でサラダが提供されます。
お口直しにピッタリで、最初じゃなくて途中で食べるというのは新しく、個人的にも大アリかなと思いました！
そして、A4雌牛一頭盛り7種！！
螺旋状になっているお皿で提供され、見た目からおしゃれです。
ホルモン、タレ、塩のお肉が提供されます。
どのお肉も柔らかく、それぞれの肉の味がしっかりして美味しいです。
特に、リブロースは、口に入れた瞬間に溶けてびっくり！
リブロースを食べて、すぐに口の中にご飯を入れて、一口噛もうとしたときにはもうお肉が無かったです！！！
そして、シャトーブリアン！
肉厚で、綺麗な色！
これはいうまでもなく、柔らかく、食べ応えもあり、最高の一品です。
デザートのプリンは、瓶で提供され、甘すぎず長すぎずのカラメルがとてもよく合います！
店員さんも優しくて、笑顔の接客をしてくださり、とてもいい時間を過ごせました！
最初から最後まで楽しいお店です！
