「USHIHACHI」は、東京と神奈川に10店舗ほど展開する黒毛和牛をリーズナブルな価格で食べられる焼肉店です。
この日は、平日の20時に予約して1人で訪れました。
店内は、普段使いできるカジュアルな雰囲気。お客さんは、若い人だけでなく年配の方もいらっしゃいました。
メニューは、色々な部位が食べられる一頭盛りをはじめ、低音調理されたユッケ、肉寿司など幅広く取り揃えられています。また、コースも4種類ほどあります。
当日は、アラカルトで以下の料理を注文しました。

焼肉は、お店の方にオススメの部位を聞きながら5品注文しました。
「上ハラミ」は、分厚くカットされた食べ応え抜群な一品。味付けが独特で噛めば噛むほど肉の旨味が口のなかに広がって良かったです。
「名物 とろ肉3秒炙り」は、焼いた肉を玉子に絡めて"焼きすき風"にして食べます。卵黄の濃厚なコクと脂の旨味が相性抜群で美味しかったです。
〆の「氷結しこしこ冷麺ハーフ」は、氷を潰しながら食べる珍しい一品。食べてる途中でカクテキを入れると味変にもなって美味しかったです。
焼くのが難しい薄肉は、店員さんが焼いてくれるなどサービス面も丁寧で、大満足な1人焼肉となりました。
