武蔵小杉店、あざみ野店に行ったことがあり、美味しいことが分かっているお店を選びました。
溝の口のネオン輝く街の中でも、ひと際目立つ看板です。
まずは黒ラベルで乾杯。
◆U8低温グリーンサラダ
「低温」の理由は冷えた器。生の白菜をごま油ドレッシングで食べるといくらでも食べられちゃう。
お好みでレモンをかけても。
お店の方に、迷ったらこの中から選ぶことを薦められたBEST5。
確かに何を食べるか決めていなかったので、この中から3点オーダーしました。
◆究極の上タン塩
味付けがとても良かったです。
サッと焼いてレモン汁で食べるとビールが進む！
◆黒毛和牛の55℃ユッケ
低温調理されたピンク色のかわいいユッケ。
生肉と違って赤身のみではないので、程よい脂の甘みが卵黄と絡んでGood！
◆名物とろ肉3秒炙り
USHIHACHIでは必ず頼むこちらも当然オーダー。
絶対はずせないやつ！
お店の方が焼いてくれるので焼きすぎる心配はありません。
手際よくクルクルっと丸めたら、ご飯と卵黄の上にダイブ。
◆韓国海苔の和牛とろたく巻き
鮪のとろたくが大好きなので、気になったこちらを1貫だけ食べてみたところ、牛肉とたくあんも合う！
◆上ハラミ
何年経っても私の中のベストワン、ハラミ様。
塩味が付いているので、そのままでも美味しい♪
◆ショートリブ
友達がサシの入ったお肉が食べたいと言うので、特上カルビの中からショートリブ。
きゃー！霜降ってるー！
肉の脂にはやっぱり赤ワインでしょう。
このマリアージュは最高。
ここでお肉は終了。

お出汁を凍らせるという発想がすごい！
酸っぱいのが好きな人はカクテキやお酢で味変もできます。
これ本当に美味しかったから、絶対食べるべき一品！
◆絹ごしホームメイドプリン
焼肉店に自家製プリンがあるなんて。
私の好きなしっかり目のプリンで嬉しい♪
