神奈川県川崎市高津区溝口。フランスの郷土料理を中心とした、家庭的なビストロ、ブラッスリーです。最寄りは、東急田園都市線・大井町線の高津駅。2001年、東京世田谷の奥沢・自由ヶ丘でオープン。2019年11月、現在地へ移転。移転前は食べログで平均3.5を超えていた実力派です ✧*｡٩(ˊᗜˋ*)و✧*｡
以前から、食べログ＆Rettyの投稿でチェックしていたコチラ。平日11時半に伺ってみました。先客無し、後客２名(女性お一人様×２)。ご夫婦で切り盛りされています。10人も入るといっぱいの店内。落ち着いた家庭的雰囲気です(*^ω^)

温かい南仏ポタージュ 660円
旬もの無花果コンポート 715円
前菜はバルサミコ酢を使った胡瓜と、豚肉のパテ＆パン。カボチャのポタージュは滑らかな舌触で、丁寧に作られていますね。美味しい(^q^)
フランスではジャガイモとお肉を一緒に煮込んだ家庭料理が数多くあります。コチラのブーランジェ(パン屋)風は、鶏肉と薄切りジャガイモをタマネギ、ブイヨン等を使い煮込んだもの。鶏肉が若干パサついているのが気になりましたが、煮込む工程かな？ もう少し、脂感があった方が私は好みです(*^ω^) トマト、フヌイユ(ウイキョウ)、鶏出汁で炊いたご飯は美味也。
秀逸だったのは、無花果(いちじく)のコンポート。柔らか～く煮込んで冷した無花果。ほのかな甘味。Instagramを拝見すると、桜餅のような味と表現されています(´▽｀*)
溝ノ口界隈で季節毎に通ってみたいお店と出会うことが出来ました。フランスの郷土料理をリーズナブルに頂くことが出来るので、オススメです( ⸝⸝•ᴗ•⸝⸝ )੭⁾⁾
