2023/4 Bistro "Le Bouillon Saito" ✨✨ A small Bistro shop. After running a French restaurant in Okusawa, Setagaya Ward for about 16 years, he reopened it in Mizonokuchi & Takatsu in November 2019. The store is located in a residential area, a 4-minute walk from Takatsu Station on the Tokyu Denentoshi Line. The inside of the store is small at 6.3 tsubo and has a cute atmosphere. So how does the food taste (*´∇｀)ﾉ ■Lunch A 990 yen (tax included) ⚫Sautéed pork loin (130g) with mustard sauce I see! A wonderfully gentle flavor. It doesn't really give off Bistro feel. It's a finish you don't see very often, but it's not bad. …………………………………………… ⚫Mushrooms, onions, chicken stock, olive oil seasoned rice Simple and delicious rice seasoned. I like that it's not white rice. …………………………………………… ⚫ Couscous and pâté de campagne The couscous had almost no taste (it's better not to serve this...) and the pâté de campagne was a small amount, but it was fine. …………………………………………… ⚫Custard pudding Additional 440 yen I wonder if it brings out the richness of the egg?
