ハーフサイズもあるので、いろんな種類を少しずつ食べられます。
鉄鍋餃子は、昔の紅虎餃子房を思い出します。
麻婆豆腐はデフォルトでもそれなりに辛いです。お隣の席の人は、辛さマックスで注文してましたが、食べるのにかなり苦労してました。
本場の味を守っているようで、全体的に味にエッジが効いてます。
日本人好みにアレンジされた中華を好きな人には、ちょっと戸惑うかもしれません。

鉄鋼棒餃子、本場四川味味マーボー豆腐、酢豚、鶏の唐揚げ油淋ソース掛け、大正海老のマヨネーズ炒め、皮付き豚バラの中華煮、五目あんかけ焼きそば。
餃子以外はすべてハーフで注文しました。
油淋鶏とエビマヨのソースは別皿でできて、後掛けのスタイルです。
豚バラの中華煮は、甘みはほとんどなく、醤油強めの味付けでした。
それにしてもちょっと食べすぎましたね。お腹パンパンになりました。
甕出し紹興酒も飲んでみましたが、翌日まで残る感じの紹興酒ですね。
