平日の11時50分に入店、2割くらいの客入りでした。出張の移動途中で昼休憩をします。メニューを見ると、ヘルシー特別ランチ720円とあります。麻婆春雨で辛さ増しOKということで、税込792円の麻婆春雨ランチにします^ ^ その後続々と後客が入ってきました(ﾟoﾟ;; 8分で提供、ご飯の茶碗がデカい！
いただきます。店主さんが少し辛めって言っていたけどかなり辛めの麻婆春雨、超まいうでビックリしました！挽肉もしっかり入ってニラともやしのバランスも良い。濃いめの味付けでご飯が進みすぎちゃいます♪ 店主さんの愛情を強く感じられる料理です^ ^
サラダは普通でしたが、サイコロ状のトマトが良い感じの酸味をアシストしていました。玉子スープにもトマトが活躍、ほのかに酸味が感じられて飲みやすい。杏仁豆腐はシロップが甘すぎて苦手なタイプでした。
ご飯が吸い込まれるように無くなり。おかわり無料なのでおかわり！ちょっと待たされましたが、1杯目よりも多かったのでニンマリ^ ^ 麻婆春雨を上に全部乗せて、秘技わんぱく喰いを披露！コレで一番乗りに食べ終わり、後味も満足満足♪
会計時に店員さんに「辛かった？」と聞かれ、ちょうど良くてまいうだった旨を伝えました。もしかしたら結構辛くしてくれていたのかな？中国語での会話は聞き取れなかったからなぁ。本格的な中華を食べられる名店でした^o^
