本格中華が美味しいと評判のお店でランチに伺ってみました。
どれにしようか迷いましたが、中華の基本チャーハンに決め、【海老チャーハン¥1,210】にしました。
※お店のメニューは税別だそうですので、ご注意下さい。
シェフが一人で全ての調理をしているようで結構時間がかかりました。
チャーハンはパラパラとしっとりの丁度いいバランスです。卵が米と良く絡まり、塩加減も丁度いいです。
具材はシンプルでネギと卵と海老のみですが、海老がプリプリで沢山入っているので食べ飽きません。
ボリュームは大食いの私にはまずまずのボリュームです。
やや割り高感はありますが、美味しいチャーハンでした。
次は餃子など定食メニューも試してみたいです。
