町中華の名店、だったのですが、味が落ちた（普通になった）と思います。
例えば以下
・青梗菜と青菜のあっさり塩味炒めで野菜の旨みがあまりしない。炒め方？味付け？
・キムチ・豚バラ角煮ピリ辛土鍋ご飯が熱々ではない。そして鍋の蓋がなぜか冷たい。（蓋無しで作り、出す時に蓋だけつけた？？）
他も昔と比べて「美味しい！」と感じませんでした。変わらず美味しいと思ったのは棒餃子ぐらい。
あと、お店としても気配りが足りないところが何点かあります。
・食べログで当日昼に予約したのだが、「見てない」と言われた。席が空いて無かったらどうするつもりなのか？？
・席のボタンを何度押しても店員が来ない。キャパオーバーの来客があったのはわかるが、お店に入ってまだオーダーしていないテーブルには気をつけるとか、もう少し配慮すべき。
・まだ営業時間なのに、ラストオーダーの後にエアコン切られた。
同じ中華で近くに名店の鮮藍坊があるため、今後の利用頻度は落ちるでしょうね。残念です。
