最近だとここかな「鮮藍坊(シェンランフォン)」
町中華ほどラフじゃないけど
高級中華ほど鼻につかない。
ほどよいラインの小粋な中華料理店です
単品でいろいろ頼むのもいいですが、せっかく友達と一緒なので、2人からたのめるランチのコースを予約してありました

席に着くと、ソフトドリンクはお代わり自由だと言われ、がぜんヤル気のでる下戸。
あ、でも飲める人には最初のグラスビール一杯10円なんていう太っ腹サービスもありますので、ありがたくちょうだいしちゃって下さい
前菜は
・棒棒鶏と中華クラゲ。
鶏にかくれた胡瓜まで、みずみずしくって安心です
中華クラゲの太いこと。
この後、
・海老フリッター
・大根餅と海老餃子と続きます。
とくに分厚くモチモチな大根餅。
食べると旨味も出てきてよかった。あと2つ食べたい
・牛肉のオイスターソース炒め
・中華コーンスープ
・棒餃子と焼き餃子2種盛り
・炒飯
コーンスープが濃厚。とうきびの甘みがよく出て、レンゲ止まらぬ状態に…
棒餃子には大葉が仕込んであり、中からじゅわっと旨い汁があふれてく
デザートは
・桃まん
・杏仁豆腐
・ライチティー
世の中はチャーシューメン1杯 1300円のこの時代
これだけ出りゃ 十分満足でした
しかし、この店のいちばんイイとこは
若いスタッフの笑顔・気くばり・あたたかさ
ほんとにココをおススメしたい
