登戸駅至近の中華料理店では、回鍋肉が美味しいと評判の中国家庭料理 神洲之華と双璧を成しているこちら。
多摩区に住んで10年で初の訪問。
日曜の13時に訪問し、10分程度待ちました。
店内は客で賑わい活気があります。
四川料理ってことで麻婆豆腐のライスセットを注文。連れは五目そばと酸辣湯麺。
ライスセットはサラダ、ザーサイ、卵スープ付きで卵スープとライスはおかわり自由でサービス満点。
土鍋に入ってグツグツ音を立てて運ばれてきた麻婆豆腐。
見た目は本格四川麻婆豆腐そのもの。
なかなかのボリューム。
ライスが足りないくらいで、おかわりしました。
麻婆豆腐は辛さ、シビレともに若干弱めですが、個人的にはもうちょっと花椒強めでもいいかな。
正直、この地域ではかなり本格的でビックリしました。
それでいて殆どのお料理が1000円前後でリーズナブル。
個人的に好きで通っている陳健一麻婆豆腐店には敵わないけど、川崎駅前の担々麺の名店松の樹には張れる美味しさかなと感じました。
五目そばのお裾分けをもらいましたが、麺が中太、スープ濃いめで多少油っこいですが、味付けが銀座アスターや聘珍楼で食べた五目そばに似ていて、なかなか美味しかったです。
次回は、五目そばか五目焼きそばかな。
