土日はランチメニューがないらしい
大箱でかなり小綺麗な中華
麻婆豆腐(990円)、海老と豚軟骨の唐辛子炒め(1353円)、渡り蟹のカキソース炒飯(1100円)等注文
どのメニューも名前を見るだけでヨダレがでてきそうだ
提供は早い
ブクブクと音を立てて麻婆豆腐がやってきた
間違いなく美味しそうだが少し食べてみると、あれ？少し塩っけが足りないな
町中華に舌が慣れちゃってるか？
刺激はほどほど
花椒がメインで使われている
海老と豚軟骨
カリッと揚げたものにネギと唐辛子の香りを纏わせている
見た目ほど辛くないのが印象的
こちらもスパイスが効いていて良い香り
しかし少し味は薄めかな
炒飯はカキの旨味が効いていてかなり美味しかった
全体的に言えることは味付けが薄めで上品だということ
スパイスは効いているが激しくはなく、老人等にも食べやすいように作っているのかもしれない
