藤子Ｆ不二雄ミュージアムｂｙ川崎市 に行こうとした時に、外観がおいしそうな雰囲気を感じさせるお店でした。ちょうどミュージアムへの直行バスのバス停が駅前にあるので、帰りも同僚の方と行こうという雰囲気になったので入ってみました。
入った時に気づいたのが、店員さんの気配りがすばらしいこと。荷物のために籠があることをタイミングよく教えてくれたことや笑顔での接客、そして貼ってある紙々にお客様への気配りがつまっていた。日本酒と和み水を飲むことを勧めてくれる居酒屋というのは初めてだと思われる。
被災地支援の冷酒、七本槍から飲み始めると甘みを感じつつ飲みやすく仕上がっていました。ひとりで飲んでいるとたぶん酔うまで飲み続けるのだろうと思ったので複数でいったのはよかった。
その前に豆乳入りのお吸い物がでてきたのがまたもや心遣いあふれると思ったが、それを飲んでいたので悪酔いせずに飲むことができた。
料理については、５種の焼き鳥が一本になった串焼きは塩でも楽しむことができた。またつくねは軟骨がこりこりと歯ごたえのよいアクセントになっていた。
驚いたのはしめ鯖の炙り。香ばしくておいしいだろうとおもっていたところ。しめ鯖がでてきたこと。
その時、その場で店員さん炙り始めました。サバの皮からでる脂が香ばしく、そして
「３秒以内にレモンをかけてください」
と言われ、バーナーの火が消えた後焦りながらレモンをかけて一仕事できてほっとしました。
暖かさと冷たさが同居した料理で、しょうゆをつけずともおいしく食べれました。これだけでお酒がサクサク進みましたね。
登戸にいかなければ、藤子不二雄ミュージアムがなければ出会えなかった囲炉裏があるお店。地元にも一軒ほしいものです、ほんとに。
