いつも満席で入れず、コロナ禍前からずっと気になってた鐵の家さん。とある打ち上げでお願いしたいと思い、その前に一度いただかせてもらいに予約し入店。やはり名物「卵黄つくね串焼き」と「金剛串」をいきなり頼み最初はエビスビールで乾杯。美味しいのはもちろんのことコレ食べるのが楽しい（色々な味を感じながら）。頼んだお料理はどれも美味しい。日本酒は友人は睡龍。私は「羽前白梅俵雪」白梅はサラッとしてるがどっしり旨い。そして最後に頼んだ日本酒が1番好みでしたが名前を忘れました。お店は座り心地良いし、お若い優しい店員さんたちは色々な質問にも答えてくれ楽しいひと時を過ごさせてもらいました。
