The Mukogaoka Amusement Park/Noborito area is undergoing redevelopment, but the number of delicious restaurants is increasing here and there on the amusement park side. This time I visited aux hills on the 3rd floor of GINZA FOREST near Mukogaoka Yuen Station. It seems to be an affiliated store of Restaurants in Yoyogi Hachiman. restaurant is located at the back of the floor, so I was a little hesitant to enter, but when I entered, the food was so delicious that I decided to write a review. The inside of the store is not that large, but there is a large window at the back of the store and a high ceiling, making it a comfortable space. Lunch is mainly a set that includes a main dish, three side dishes, and either rice or bread. They also have a variety of vegan menus, which is rare in Japan. I had the pork cutlet with moromi miso sauce (1000 yen). Moromi miso usually goes well with cucumber, but when I paired it with pork cutlet, it had a surprisingly light flavor and was delicious. I was a little concerned because the cross section was pink, but when I ate it, it was well cooked and I guess it was cooked at a low temperature. The side dishes, such as the salad with salted konbu and the marinated carrots with cumin, were all delicious with elaborate seasonings. This can be expected at night as well.
