It's located in the back of the 3rd floor of the station building. I ordered a plate of black fried chicken, a specialty from the lunch menu. As the name suggests, there are four pieces of jet-black, steamy, freshly fried chicken. It has a good taste and goes well with the rice. The red onion and pickled carrots that come with it have a delicious cumin aroma. The kale with salted kelp was also delicious. This saves you 900 yen.
