何度か訪問したことがある麺処直久鷺沼店。先日通りかかったら「冷やし中華始めました」のポスターが出ていたので、ふらっと入ってみました。
お店の外観。鷺沼駅のロータリー側からフレル鷺沼を越えてすぐのところですね。
店内の様子。週末の夜だったこともあり空いていました。
メニューはこんな感じ。基本的に鶏系のラーメン屋さんなんですよね。
冷やし中華のメニューというかPOP？ 同じものが大きくなって店外に掲示されていたかと。
頂いたのは単品の冷やし中華、980円也。餃子や半チャーハンとのセットメニューもありましたが、この日は単品で。あ、JAFと提携しているようでトッピングやドリンクのサービスがあったので、味玉を頂きました。
お味の方は・・・
醤油にお酢とごま油、妙にコシが強い中太麺・・・というスタンダードな冷やし中華でだったかなと。暑い時期だったのでさっぱりと頂けました。具材で特徴的だったのは鶏のラーメン屋さんらしい鶏チャーシューと、何故かガリが乗っていましたが、まあ組み合わせとしては悪くないかなと思います。
食べていて思い出しましたが、この直久の麺は柔らかい割に変に強いコシがあってゴムっぽく感じてしまったことがあったなぁと。今回は冷やしで水で締められているので余計にそう感じてしまいましたね。まあ、好みのレベルかと思いますが。
