平日のLunchに、新百合ヶ丘の“和食レストラン”を利用した。ここは近くの“アジアンビストロ”の系列店で、“炭焼き”と“新鮮魚介”が人気である。スタイリッシュな店内は、女性客を中心にボックス席は満席である。予約のカウンター席に通され、「お昼のコース」1,800円でお願いする。
まずは「ランチ生ビール」＋300円で渇いた喉を潤し、「本日のサラダ」をつまむ。「特選小鉢三種」は“たたき胡瓜の梅水晶和え”・“チーズの味噌漬け”・“長いもワサビ”で、さっぱりといただけるラインナップである。「お造り二種盛り合わせ」は中トロとかんぱち、どちらも脂がのって美味である。思わず「生ビール」をお代わりしてしまう。
続いて「雲丹のライスコロッケ」が着皿、揚げたて熱々で衣はサクサクである。中は濃厚な雲丹のクリームリゾットで、その贅沢な風味に幸せな気分に浸れる。「炭焼き三種類」は、“ネギま”・“ぼんじり”・“砂肝”である。備長炭で丁寧に焼きあげられ、やわらかくジューシーである。
締めは「炭炙り鶏とちくわ磯部天うどん」を、極上ダシでいただく。炭の風味が抜群で、うどんはすこぶる喉ごしがよい。食後は「コーヒー」で、Lunchの余韻に浸った。
ボックス席や個室も用意されており、ちょっと改まった会合にもぴったりである。
