I popped into a restaurant I'd been curious about for a while. It was Banzai. The inside of the restaurant is unusual and quite spacious. There were only two other customers, who seemed to be working in the Self-Defense Forces, and it was quiet. Beer and appetizers. Brown sugar broad beans and jellyfish. Assorted sashimi. Salad. Seared sashimi. I had a hard time ordering because there was nothing on the menu that made me think, "Oh, I want to order this!" Contrary to the restaurant's layout, the food didn't leave much of an impression.
