後からやってきません。
スプーンひとくち食べてスグ頭から汗が噴き出します。
場所は、ラーメンの神豚の三階にあります。
エレベーターで三階を。扉が開くと、そこはタイでした。
8人さんくらいの団体さんと、カップルが何組か。
カウンターがないため、大テーブルに案内されて
一番端っこに座ります。
いただいたのは、
●レッドカレー 豚肉 辛口 １０８０円
お肉と辛さは選べます。辛口の上に激辛があります。
肉は、チキン、マトン、ポークです。
お昼すぎ、次があるのでライスは少なめの150gに
してもらいました。
これが失敗でした。辛さを和らげるライスが足りま
ん。頭から顔から汗汗汗が噴き出し落ちます。
分かりました！厚手のオシボリの訳が。

☆辛さの中でにも旨味というか甘味が感じられます。
タイを感じられる雰囲気でいただくカレーは一層
美味しくいただけます。次回は他のメニューを
いただこうと思います。
