５か月ぶりにお気に入りの町、衣笠にやって参りました。ホント、この昭和感満載な商店街が得も言われぬノスタルジックさを醸し出しているワケで。
今回は衣笠駅からほど近い、仲通り商店街にある町中華の北京さんを訪問。お店の外にテイクアウトメニューがあれこれ並んでいる様も楽し気ですが、今回は店内へ。
とても綺麗な店内で、テーブル席だけでなく、お店に入って左側の端にカウンター席があるのが嬉しいですね。 サービスを担当される女性陣がアットホームで気さくなところもポイント高いな♪
さて、注文したのは、シューマイ４８０円とえびそば９５０円。対するアルコールは、吟醸白鹿（冷酒）５００円とザ・プレミアム・モルツ（グラス）４００円を１杯ずつ。
まずは白鹿と共にお通しの高菜漬けが供されます。ほんのり唐辛子の辛味も乗っていて、模範的酒のアテ。
次いでシューマイ。肉質がふんわりと柔らかいあたりはストライクゾーンですね。そして肉のまあるいまあるいまん丸い旨さの広がりも見事で、徹頭徹尾柔和な１品。
最後にえびそば。麺はウエーブのかかった中細麺で、上に乗っかったうま煮の海老がぷりんとライトなコクを弾けさせる。しかも意外と数が入っていたのも良心的。えびそばと言えば塩味ベースのお店が多い中で軽快な醤油スープというのもイイかも。
