昔からある中華料理屋「北京」で懐かしの「坦坦麺」超大辛で発注！
北京の坦坦麺とは・・・
ぱっと見、川崎発祥の「ニュータンタンメン」っぽいんですが、スペックはかなり違い
・デフォでザーサイが入り
・卵でとじていない
・醤油ベースのとろみスープ
熱狂的ファンを持つ小田原「四川」発祥のタンタン麺と酷似しているのが
川崎・横須賀に店を構える「北京」の「坦坦麺」。
実家で「餃子」と言えば北京。
そして私の辛いもの好きの味覚を育んだもの北京でした。
◆坦坦麺（超大辛）
麺が固まってるのは昔から変わってないですね～（*´▽｀*）
超激辛と言っても、甘みのある唐辛子なので、ちょい辛ぐらい。
そしてめちゃくちゃ熱～～～い！！
持ち帰りに頼んでおいた餃子は晩酌のお供に。
懐かしさにほっこりした、横須賀ガラパゴス坦坦麺でした（*´▽｀*）
