金曜日、２０時ごろ一人で行きました。
ほぼ、満員です。
カウンターのお客さんが席をつめてくださり、
座らせていただけました。
ありがとうございました。
こちらのお店はいつもほぼ満員です。
席に着くと、すかさずホール係の方がおしぼりをくれ、
続いて女将さんらしき方が「何にしましょう？」
と聞いてくれます。
酎ハイを頼むと、「レモンか梅干し入れる？」
とのことでしたので、レモンをお願いしました。
店員さんがたくさんいらっしゃいます。
女将さんらしき方が焼き鳥と燗酒担当、
娘さん？が焼き鳥をサポート、
燗酒以外の飲物と調理・ホール担当の女性が三名、
カウンターの奥の揚げ場に男性一人、の布陣です。
由緒正しき居酒屋の見事な連携です。
酎ハイ×２、燗酒、皮揚げ（５本、６５０円）、
オニオンスライス（２５０円）、
手作りコロッケ（４００円）、レバー（タレ）串×２で、
２，９００円でした。
