Now that Ryukyu Hormone is gone, I decided to go to a Hormone Yaki shop that I had been aware of for some time. This is the Takemoto family. It is located on the way down from the Y deck and walking towards Komegahama. There are Yokosuka souvenir shops and Cocoichi nearby. Grilled using a shichirin. There is sufficient ventilation. Wasn't the store originally a restaurant? The interior feels like that. It's not dirty. There's a huge poster of cheap hormones posted at the entrance of the store, but that's the only thing that's cheap, and everything else is reasonably priced. This is horse liver sashimi.
