粘度が高いスープに、ひき肉がゴロゴロ。
辛さは、7辛まであり辛さなしもあり。
４辛は中本よりちょっと控えめレベル。
ただ辛いだけではなく、旨味があり
辛いラーメンの中でもかなりのハイレベル！
もちろん、辛くせず1辛などでも
美味しく頂けます。
麺▼
麺はデフォで固茹で。
表面はぷにぷに、中心部につれてコシあり。
麺量は多め。
ちなみに、つけ麺もありますが...
デフォで2玉のボリュームなので、
つけ麺の大盛りを頼む際にはご注意！
味の濃さ▼
私は味濃いめが好きですが、
しっかりとした味付けです。
坦々麺にはご飯がサービスで付きますが、
ご飯に合わせてもいい塩梅。
黄金チャーハン▼
細かく切り揃えられた具材が美しい
パラパラ系炒飯。
ラーメンと合わせても負けない味付け。
限定10食ですが、絶対に食べて頂きたい！
