夫がちとしたボランティアに参加した時に、
主催側が用意してくださってたお弁当です。
お家で揚げ物したらさ、
さらに炒めてとか、しないよねー！
例えば、酢豚を作るとなると、
揚げてから炒めて〜、
ほら、めんどくさいじゃんね( ˆ꒳ˆ; )
それなら唐揚げでいいかってなるのよ。
だから、揚げ物をさらに調理してあるやつ、
ハチワレ結構好きなんだよね♡
あ、夫が鯵をたくさん釣ってきた時は、
南蛮漬け作ったよ。
やる時はやるんです( ｰ̀֊ｰ́ )✧
お弁当には煮しめ、鯖南蛮漬け、天ぷら、
生姜焼きなど、おかずがすごい事になってるよ！
ご飯も美味しかったし、おかずもそれぞれ美味しかった。
南蛮漬けがね、揚げ物がお酢の味でさっぱり、
玉ねぎとにんじんとシャキシャキで、
美味しかったのー！
天ぷらはね、蕗のとうもあって、
季節も感じられてよかった♪( ´▽｀)
