１か月ぶりの追浜。今回もワインの師匠から出された宿題をこなしに訪れました。
で、その前にランチ。何だか気分が中国料理だったので、こちらの杏花飯店さんを訪問した次第。
ビルの２階にあるドアを開けると、スタッフの方がすぐ対応し、席へ案内してくださいました。各テーブルの間隔にも余裕があり、アクリル板もきちんと設置されています。BGMは室内楽が流れていて、然るべき雰囲気を湛えていると言っていいでしょうね。サービスを担当するスタッフは複数いらしてベテラン勢といった感じ。皆さん落ち着いたサービスに徹しておられます。
注文したのは、週替わりランチのD１２５０円。メインの他、ご飯、スープ、サラダ、小鉢、皿海老水餃子、デザート付き。これにプラス１２０円でホットコーヒーも付けました。
訪問日のDランチのメインは海老とトマトの炒めでした。海老は軽く小麦粉をまぶしてから火を通しているので、海老の香りがストレートに立ち上がって来ますね。トマトは軽快な酸を持っていて、あっさりとした１品に仕上がっています。他にも具材としてはキャベツ、しめじ、きくらげ、くわいなどがありますが、さっくりとした食感のくわいが入っているあたりは、本格中華感を見せてくれています。
サラダはフツウにグリーンサラダで胡麻ドレッシングでした。訪問日の水餃子は仕込みの関係でしょうか、海老ではなくて豚さんでした。でもこの方がメインの海老とかぶらなくて良かったかも。小鉢は大根を豆鼓で和えたもので、搾菜は臭味も少なく辛味も穏やか。デザートは杏仁豆腐でしたが、フルーツを入れたりせず、純粋に杏仁豆腐だけでの勝負。ほど良くミルキーでコクがあります。
