営業時間は11:30〜21:30
月曜定休
ただし現在、新型コロナ対策で11:30〜14:00のみの時短営業中
1957年創業
店構えは古く目立たない感じ
店内も古く、昭和な雰囲気満点だ
壁は煤けたクリーム色
中華な雰囲気は無い
木製カウンター4、2名木製テーブル4名木製テーブル3
透明アクリル板パーティションでしっかり区切られている
卓上には醤油、酢、胡椒、爪楊枝、紙ナプキン
BGMはゴルフのテレビ中継
店内禁煙
日曜12:30に伺ったが、先客無しと空いている
店員さんは中年男女2名

スープはシンプルな醤油
具は、チャーシュー4、青梗菜、刻みネギ
チャーシューは5mm厚の豚肩ロース肉を使用したもので、レアでは無いが赤味がある本格焼豚
しっかり味が染みている
これは美味しい
麺は黄色い細縮れ麺
好きなタイプだ
期待せずフラリと入ってみたが、意外と美味しかった
特に、街の中華料理店では余り出てこない本格的な焼豚が美味しい
こうなると他のメニューも気になる
次回来店時は、ご飯系の本日のランチプレートか、チャーハン類を頂きたい
