汐入駅で降りるのも久々かなぁ。
今回は中国料理店の京華さんを訪問しました。
駅の改札を出たら左へ曲がってすぐ、少し引っ込んだところにベーカリーのぱんプキンさんのある通りへとさらに左に入ってまっすぐ行くとお店はあります。
１９５７年創業なので、そろそろ老舗と言ってもイイぐらいですかね。店内の雰囲気にレトロ感が漂っていて、昔の中国料理店にこんな感じのお店あったよなぁと妙に懐かしさも覚えます。カウンター席なんかは昭和レトロだし。
お店はご夫婦でやられているのかな(・・? 料理人の男性もホールの女性もとても穏やかで感じの良い方でした。
ランチタイムにはランチプレートの他、麺飯類や一品料理もあったんですが、今回はランチプレートで行きましょう。注文したのは、豚肉とキャベツの味噌炒め９９０円。←単に連日飲み過ぎてたから定食的なこのメニューにしたワケで（笑）
それほど待たされることなく供されました。いや~、それにしても副菜が色々と付いてるもんですね~♪ メインとなる回鍋肉以外にも冷奴にメンマにコールスローにスープとは。回鍋肉は味噌の深味が活きていて、照りのあるコクを感じます。豚さん事自体もやや濃厚な旨さがあり、キャベツやピーマンもしなっとはしておらず絶妙な火入れ加減で、味噌との絡みも十分。
付け合わせの方も冷奴には昆布と大葉がトッピングされていたり、サラダがコールスローだったりと、小さい１品１品が中々凝ってます。
